Jeff Gill and team (Pensacola, FL) (Premises Liability/Slip and Fall) obtained Summary Judgment in a premises liability case. Plaintiff slipped on a shiny substance located on the floor of Defendant’s restaurant, sustaining injuries to her left wrist, left ankle, left foot, right hand, neck, and back. She had incurred $41,499.22 in medical bills as a result of her fall. The Plaintiff produced no evidence that the shiny substance was on the floor for a sufficient amount of time that our client should have known about it, nor did they produce any evidence that such spills occur with sufficient regularity that our client should expect them.
