As a result of the current government shutdown, the EEOC has advised it is currently closed, and there will be a limited number of EEOC services available.
This will likely have an impact on all currently EEOC Investigations in process for Charges of Discrimination, including a cancellation of interviews and mediations, and the EEOC will not respond to inquiries about pending charges or investigate charges.
