Vernis & Bowling’s Nashville office is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Civil Litigation Defense department. Candidates should have 3+ years of civil litigation experience in either General Liability and/or Commercial Litigation. The successful candidate will be a part of a team of 120+ lawyers located across 18 offices in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
Our associates have the opportunity to eventually direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings and negotiate settlements. Associates will also be able to assist with and lead trials.
