Vernis & Bowling’s Hollywood office is seeking a motivated, career track attorney with 1-4 years of litigation experience preferably in the area of first-party property insurance defense.
Experience in both state and federal courts is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate should have prior trial experience.

The candidate will be taking depositions, conducting site inspections, attending court hearings, preparing and responding to discovery, and assisting in trials.
Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Excellent academic credentials with skills in writing and analysis are needed.
Candidates will handle their own caseload and build business relationships with clients. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.
