James attended the University of New Mexico where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and majored in political science and history. He continued his education at Wake Forest University School of Law. During law school, James was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Business & Intellectual Property. Prior to graduation, James took part in a judicial internship for a magistrate judge at the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
James’s practice includes premises liability, automobile liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist defense, and other practice areas. James is a member of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association and the Tort & Insurance Section of the Georgia Bar.
An avid golfer, James, was a scratch golfer in high school (Sugar Hill, GA) before attending the University of New Mexico and participated in U.S. Open and U.S. Amateur Qualifiers. Originally from Suwanee, James enjoys watching the Atlanta Braves and resides in Lawrenceville.
