Adriana C. Salazar was born in Venezuela and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and Citizenship Civic Engagement. While at Syracuse University, Adriana’s honors included being selected for the Dean’s List. After completing her undergraduate degree, Adriana earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law as a Dean’s List scholar, which covered her full academic tuition scholarship for all three years of law school. While there, Adriana was a Dean’s List recipient, received the Hispanic National Bar Association VIA Law Student Scholarship, and was awarded the Florida International University Pro-Bono Medal for completion of over 130 pro-bono hours.
After passing the bar, Adriana joined Vernis & Bowling and handles First and Third-Party Property and Premises Liability claims.
What Adriana likes best about the legal profession is that you are a lifelong student and are continuously learning in a dynamic field. Adriana wanted to become a lawyer because she enjoys applying research and critical thinking skills to address real-world challenges.
Outside of work, Adriana enjoys live music, reading classic novels, traveling, and reality TV.
