Moreira v. KE International, LLC

Matthew Bernstein (Premises Liability) (Deland, FL) obtained Final Summary Judgment for a commercial landlord in a premises liability action. The Plaintiff was bitten by a dog owned by the tenant’s visiting father. Upon a showing that our client surrendered control and possession of the premises to the tenant under a triple-net lease and had no actual or constructive knowledge of the dangerous dog on the premises, the judge found in our client’s favor.
